Having acquainted myself with Centennial Bass Club Tournament Rules, I hereby acknowledge that I have read and understand those rules and will be bound by all decisions made by the Tournament Director at any Centennial Bass Club tournament. I agree to assume all responsibility and risk, monetary and physical, associated with my participation in any Centennial Bass Club tournament, Including knowledge of
"An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 existing in any public place where people are present. By participating in a Centennial Bass Club event, I voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19."
I also agree to release the Centennial Bass Club and any sponsors and/or officials from all claims to any damages incurred during any Centennial Bass Club event. Furthermore, I understand that the tournament committee reserves the right to reject my participation in any Centennial Bass Club event at anytime. I certify that I am a current member in good standing of the Centennial Bass Club and the Bass Anglers Sportsmans Society (BASS)
