CBC November 2007 minutes

meeting call to order at 703pm with 14 members and 3 guests. secretaries report motion made 2nd and passed to accept minutes. treasures report 540.99 gen fund fmo 2118.80 and 204.92 in jr bass fund.motion made 2nd passed to accept treasures report. tourn. directors report ben lind angler of the year ben lind bassmaster. plaques to be presented in dec. meeting.  conservation  report-ntr. fmo july 19th horsetooth open team tourn. 7pm-7am. cast -ntr. casting kids  lake toho semi finals  11/10. jr. bass ntr. website is updated  photos back up. federation- bod meeting 11/17 at sportsmans 1pm mike hubbard torn director reported state team qualifier is at lake amistad feb. 25-feb. 29. amistad lake resort is the host hotel. 227.50 pay in and no pay out. federation website is updated. habitat project at lone tree is close we need 1000-1500 more to buy a dock loveland fishing club was invited to help or donate. city of greeley ponds-ntr. carter lake project-vick needs pictures to show what we want to put in the lake  mike hubbard made a model out pvc concrete in a bucket it is very impressive it cost approximatley 5 bucks to make we are currently waiting on the archeological survey. new biz- lance from triple t trailers gave us a presentation on trailer maintinence  they service hubs welding and electrical and brakes. christmas party at franks byob bring white elephant gift per each person.kids welcome 20max on gift. end of year raffle 250 and 125 for 2 people motion made 2nd passed. update of cbc bylaws commitee mike doug bill craig ben to review bylaws to be presented to the club.update of cbc tourn rules 1-11 were reviewed by the club some changes were made frank posted them on the web site. rules 12-22 will be reviewed during tje dec. meeting.good samaritan law stated an obligation to offer assistance to someone broke down on the water it is a fed. law.vote on  plaques and trophies motion made 2nd passed to pay for them with club funds. nominations for the trout award doug johns for his boat floating off the dock frank had to retrieve it. john wilder fro breaking bills st.croix rod. ron mayer for taking out his new boat with no gas. mike hubbard for his light falling of his head into the lake during the fmo.nominations are still open. sportsman ship award nominations steve long for removing rattle snake from rons boat. robert ross for all his  over and above the call of duty backing boats fixing trailer trucks etc. mike hubbard for fixing trolling motors. albert gonzales for doing 5 casting kids events and drop shot training.nominations for new officers no one was nominated so the current officers will stand. fmo bill wilson wanted to give thanks to all for participating food banks recieved all donations and are very thankful. motion made and 2nd to adjourn. meeting adjourned 932.
