Secretary: Steve Barbee read the minutes from Junes meeting motion made 2nd and passed to accept the minutes.

Treasures report: Brett Vogel reported that cbc has 888.79 in its general fund motion made 2nd and passed to accept the treasures report.

Tournament directors report Ron Mayer reported the next mini is set for Boyd lake Tues. July 24th.

FMO-flyers are ready to be distributed. the dead line for pre registration is July 15th.

Duties:

Bill Wilson: Over all sponsorship went well.

Youth director: Albert Gonzales, reported casting kids at sportsmans went well with 42 kids participating.
Casting Kids event at dicks is postponed.

Jr. Bass club tournament is Saturday, July 14th at Frank Easement ponds 5:30-12:00 volunteers call Frank Villa.

Old Business: Nothing to report.

New Business:

 3 lakes need to be voted on for the state team qualifier for 2008.

Grand lake of the cherokees, Choke canyon, Table Rock, Amistad were suggested. Choke Canyon, Amistad, Table Rock were voted on and selected for CBC's lake selection. State team qualifier dates are proposed to 1st week in March to mid April.

Three volunteers are needed to attend third quarter BOD, in Durango Aug. 18th 19th, Mike Hubbard, John Wilder and Ron Mayer volunteered.

The BOD meeting will vote on the federation to purchase scales to be used at state tournaments and also to lend to clubs.

We also need to vote on whether the Federation should buy a pontoon boat to be used as a release boat

August meeting;

CBC's to be determined mini was voted on and lone tree was the winner.

Rule #17 is up for revision during the winter meetings.
