VP Steve Barbee called meeting to order at 9:25 pm

15 members, 2 guests present.

Secretary report was read, motion and second to accept. Motion passed.

Treasurer report: CBC - $645.79, Jr’s – 343.46, FMO – 3574.07

TD – Robert unable to make Norton, Greg will act as TD.

Conservation – Possible spring project of helping with a boat dock at Louie Swift.

FMO – Bill has t-shirts for sponsors. Echo Villa to get a check for time and efforts put forth. Estimated $2400 profit, but all expenses had not been paid yet.

CAST – NTR

Jr’s – State Championship scheduled for Horsetooth Sept. 12^th. At present time could still use 2 more boats.

FMO 2010 – Suggested June or July 24th 2010, will be open for discussion at next meeting. Any one interested in volunteering for the FMO Committee for next year talk to Bill Wilson.
