Centennial Bass Club Meeting Minutes

Meeting called to order by Mike Hubbard at 9:27 pm.

Old Business

FMO – 50 boats signed up, 3 on waiting list. Thursday set up trailer for weigh in. Saturday 8:00 am – Noon, set up for check in.Volunteer to pick up sandwiches at 11:00. Check in will be at overflow lot, South end of lake. Pre-tournament meeting on the water at 5:30 pm. Livewell check on way out in numbered order. Possibly fishing by 6:30 pm. Weigh in at 7:30 am Sunday, should be done by 9:00.

Bill Wilson has sign up sheet for volunteers.

CAST – Possible opening at Bass Pro to bag for tips in December

Jr. Club – Frank will try to get Swift two times for next year. Jr. Championship Tournament, Horsetooth, September 12^th. Need 7 boats to volunteer so far. Jrs. are holding a Catfish outing at Frank Easment on Saturday August 15^th. Will be just for fun. 7:30 pm till whenever that evening.

Federation – BOD meeting scheduled for August 8^th cancelled. Will be taking an e-mail vote for the 2010 STQT. CBC submission will be Lake Havasu for the 3^rd week of April. Federation still has oil, trolling motors and props for sale for fund raiser. Talk to Mike Hubbard if interested.

Habitat – Signs are in at Lonetree

Dead fish penalty on card tournaments will be discussed at first winter meeting.
