Meeting was called to order by President Mike Hubbard at 9:36

Last month minutes were read and approved.

Treasurer report: CBC – 710.53,  Jr. Club – 343.46,  FMO – 6779.92

TD – Attendance to tournaments has been great so far this year. Suggestion was made that Boaters trade vehicle keys in cases where there are more boaters than non boaters.

CD – NTR

FMO – 41 boats signed up.

CAST – NTR

Jr. Club – Had tournament at Watervalley June 27th. 18 kids on 10 boats. Local newspaper ran story. Next at Swift ponds, same afternoon as Club tournament.

Website has been updated. If anyone has pictures email to Frank so he can put them on the site.

Federation – BOD meeting August 8th hosted by Southwest club. Need volunteers that are not fishing the FMO to attend. STQT lake voting generally happens at this meeting.

2010 STQT suggestions – Havasu, Navajo, Table Rock, Texoma, Amistad, Falcon, Ute, Flaming Gorge, Lake Powell, Elephant Butte, Lake Merideth.

Habitat – Signs for Lonetree dock are being proofed and should be installed soon.

Non Profit Status is official. Mike has received paperwork back. Opens up new door for Grants available for projects.

New business

Ruling for dead fish penalty was tabled until a winter meeting.

Tournament at Swift ponds – Walk around. Bring a measure device. Honor system. Frank will post rules for this one on the website.

Asking for $5 from each participant to cover the cost of lunch being provided.

Possible side pot for big bass.
