Secretary report was read. Motion and second to accept. Motion passed.

Treasurer report; Jr. Club: $713.46. FMO: $6509.07. CBC: $807.83. Motion and second to accept. Motion passed.

TD report: NTR

Conservation: Still in need of a Director.

Old Business: SOP for Full Moon Open is done. Bill Wilson just needs to have it retyped.

Hook cutters and golden rules are in and available. These are required to participate in CBC tournaments. The cost is $16.50 each. Please pick these up and pay Brett if you have not done so.

FMO: New sponsors coming on board. 44 teams signed up as of this date. The use of scales for the weigh in has been donated. The Jr. Club would like to help at registration and weigh in. The Jr. Club would like to do a Wiper pot as a fundraiser. $20 buy in with an 80% payout.

CAST: June 5th, 2010. Two new sponsors, KOHLS and Sam’s Club, Both with $500 donations. Bill is still in process of getting lunch caterer secured. Still in need of Volunteers, especially Boaters.

Jr. Club: May 8th Larimer County Mentor tournament, still in need of more boats.

May 15th at Water Valley will be 2 kids per boat. Volunteers be at the lake at 5:30 am. Still in need of boats.

23 kids signed up to date. 2 new members from the Larimer County Fishposium. June 13th, City of Ft. Collins having a fishing derby at Arapahoe ponds. Helpers are needed. KOA symposium, Bill Wilson will find out dates.

Federation: Two issues to vote on.

Should the Federation give $600 to each Jr. for Divisionals to help with expenses? CBC vote is YES.

Should the Federation give an additional $300 to Arizona to help compensate for a boater for the Juniors? CBC vote is YES.

Habitat: There will be a meeting at the Bunkhouse at Island Grove Park on May 5th at 3:00pm for the City of Greeley Project. Let Frank know if you can attend.

New Business:

Wyoming has implemented a launch fee of $30 per boat. After discussion a vote was taken to change the scheduled tournament to be held at Flaming Gorge, Sept. 18-19 to another location. The location chosen was Norton; the date will remain the same.

Juniors going to Divisionals, our Jr. Club has two that qualified to go to Yuma AZ. Motion and second was made to give $100 to each competitor and their adult sponsor for a total of $300, to help with travel expenses. Motion passed. The Jr. Club will be asked for help also.

Barlow Foundation: Will be having a fundraiser tournament at a private lake on June 6th. Brian Spencer is asking for helpers from CBC. The Jr. Club has committed to help also.

Frank gave a hand out titled Changes and/or Corrections to CBC By Laws. There was some discussion and was decided to table such article to a later meeting date.
