Meeting called to order: 12:43

19 Members, 1 guest present.

New Member Bill Driscoll was voted in.

Secretary report was read. Motion and second to accept. Motion passed.

Treasurer report; Jr. Club- $1044.07, FMO- $5576.43, CBC- $456.34. Motion and second to accept. Motion passed.

TD report; Robert let us know that he had 4 golden rules left but is out of hook cutters. There was a motion made to purchase more hook cutters, Bill Wilson will check, if there is a price break he will order 6, if no break he will order 3. Second on the motion. Motion passed.

Conservation; Brian Spencer and Dustin Laber volunteered to share the responsibilities.

It was mentioned that the ANS inspections are going full strength at Larimer County. Make sure your boat is clean and dry to avoid time-consuming decontamination procedures.

Old Business; Frank will work on getting a sign up sheet for weekend tournaments implemented on the website.

Mike will get copies of new member packets printed.

FMO; Results are posted on the website. Chad’s show will air on Altitude Sports on July 24th and 31st. Special thanks to Gary Dykeman for the great job on the shirts and plaques.

CAST; $600 was spent on prizes for the contestants and gift cards for the volunteers.

Jr. Club; Next tournament is July 24th at Swift ponds. Helpers are welcome, Please be there at 5:00 am. Jr. State Team Qualifier will be held at Pueblo, Sept. 11th. Need boats for the kids. Let frank know if you can help out.

Website; Mike will help Frank with updates and maintaining. Time for payment for the website. Motion made to issue payment to Frank for the same fee as last year. Second. Motion passed.

Federation; August 21st, BOD meeting will be held in Durango. Mike will be going and needs two people to represent the club. Motion made to help with fuel expenses for the trip of $150. Second. Motion passed.

Lakes for the 2011 STQT will be one of the topics covered. The club needs to submit three choices. Navajo, Grand, Toledo Bend, Eufaula – OK, Ute and Flaming Gorge. Will vote on three at August meeting.

Habitat; Looking for a new project.

New Business; Mike sent an email about Rapala discounts and special pricing for club members. If you use, please let Mike know so that he can get info back to marketing company.

Mike had samples of new Spin Tec treble hooks. Two sets were given away. If interested contact Mike.

Motion made to form a five person Finance Committee to oversee Club finances. Motion was tabled until next meeting.

Ryan presented royalty bus trip to Central City, for a club fundraiser. After discussion and touching on good and bad it was asked that each member think about the issues and we will further discuss at next meeting.
