Meeting called to order at 6:06 pm.

17 members present.

New member voted in – Rick Emery

Secretary report – Meeting minutes for January meeting were read. Motion and second to accept. Motion passed.

Treasurer report – Junior Club - $473.46, FMO - $3629.07, CBC General fund - $530.85. It was noted that the monies collected from the bagging for tips had not yet been deposited into the general fund. Motion and second to accept. Motion passed.

Tournament director – All requests for permits for this coming year have been submitted. Proof of insurance for Boaters needs to be turned into Robert Ross before the start of the fishing season.

Conservation – The Club is still in need of a volunteer to fill this position.

Old Business:

Classic funding for 2011 will not be taken from membership dues.

After discussion a motion was made to take $10 per team that is registered for the FMO, equal to $500, to be disbursed from the FMO fund and be designated for the Classic payout fund. Second. Motion passed.

By laws have been updated with the removal of the ten dollars per member from the membership dues going to the Classic fund. The tournament rules have been updated to include the dead fish penalty. These have been sent to Frank to be updated on the website.

FMO – Rule changes have been updated and sent to Frank. Bill Wilson will work on writing a set of Operating Procedures for the FMO to be presented to the Club for a vote. Active will be the online registration company for the FMO. Try to plan on opening up registration in April. The date for 2010 FMO is June 26-27. The permit is in the application process. Protest committee this year, anyone interested in helping please sign up.

CAST – Next opportunity to bag for tips at Bass Pro in Denver will be February 27th. Bill has a sign up sheet for those interested in helping.

Jr. Bass Club – 18 members signed up so far. Proposed schedule – April 24th – Swift ponds. May 8th - Larimer County Mentor tournament. May 15th – TBD. June 19th – TBD. July 24th – Swift ponds. August 21st – TBD. Meeting Monday February 8th at Sportsman’s Warehouse, 6:00pm.

Website – The website has been updated.

Federation – The rotating schedule was declined. Buying more trolling motors for fundraiser. Officers remained the same, Jay McMillan – President. Mike Hubbard – Vice president. Audrey McKinney – Secretary. Larry Kruger – Treasurer. Joe Lavery – Youth Director. Todd Ginnsel – Conservation Director.  STQT is one month away. 3 entries so far. 15th of February will be the registration cut off date. Entries will still be accepted after that but will be assessed a $25 late fee.

Habitat – City of Greeley project is still on hold. March 15th boat inspections will start. Larimer County is looking for boat inspectors. Information is available on their website. Frank will try to get on the email list for Larimer County Advisory meetings.

New Business – Club Library, Frank has these in his possession. Motion was made for the Club Secretary to be responsible for the Library. Second. Motion passed. Frank will get these to Perry.

Hook cutters and golden rules – Motion and second for the club to spend up to $500 for cutters and golden rules. Motion passed. Bill has a sign up sheet for these and it will be asked that you pay for them at the next meeting.

Trout award was awarded to Tim Martinez.
