Meeting called to order at 6:08 pm.

14 members and 2 guests present.

A short presentation was given by Wes Westfal of Sign-O-Rama. The company does boat wraps and graphics. Business cards were distributed to those interested.

Secretary report was read. Motion and second to accept as read. Motion passed.

Treasurer report; Jr’s - $995.67, FMO - $1710.82, CBC - $3058.87. Motion and second to accept. Motion passed.

TD report: Robert gave thanks to all that helped him over the last year.

Conservation; All the supplies for a conservation project are being stored in Georges garage.

Old Business; Trout award; No new nominations. Christmas Party is December 18th at Frank Villa’s, 7:00 pm. There is a sign up sheet on CBC website. There will also be a white elephant gift exchange with a $20 limit. Member renewals for 2011, need at least six signed up by the first of the year to stay in good standings as a club.

FMO; DVD’s are in. Have 3 or 4 to sell at $10 each. Have been approached by some vendors about a booth to sell merchandise. Bill will be talking with Larimer county.

CAST; Bagging for tips December 18th – 19th . Bill has a sign up sheet for volunteers.

Jr. Club; Meeting was held Monday, December 6th. Have 6 members signed up that day. Hoping to have 25-30 kids this next year.

Website; NTR

Federation; BOD was held on November 20th. Western Divisional for 2011 will be held at Navajo Reservoir, May 9 – 13. Voted to Give Alan Macaw $1000 to help with expenses for Nationals. BASS sale has seen no changes as of yet. Possibility of splitting the West into two divisions. STQT will be held at Truman Reservoir April 13- 15.

The Alliance deal for 2011 was signed with Triton and Motorguide. The State Federation dues for 2011 were suspended. The Mercury oil will be for sale again as a fundraiser. The cost will be $15 per gallon with a 2 case limit per person. Frank Villa is the new Federation Youth Director.

New Business; Eliminating reading minutes at the meetings and just having them posted online for each member to read before each meeting. This was tabled until next meeting.

August 2, Horsetooth. August 16, Boyd. September 13, Horsetooth. Semtember 27, Horsetooth. Weekend Tournaments – May 21-22 Box Butte. June 11-12 Norton. Sept 24-25 Flaming Gorge. October 15-16 Pueblo. Motion and second to accept schedule. Motion passed.

Officer nominations; Motion and second to close nominations. Motion passed.

Motion and second to accept the slate for officers as given. Motion passed. Officers for 2011 will be;

President – Steve Barbee. Vice-President – Perry Flot. Treasurer – Brett Vogle. Secretary – Chad Brekke. Tournament Director – Greg Gillen. Activities Director – Craig McMillen. Finance Chairman – Bill Wilson. Youth Director – Frank Villa.

Classic, 3rd – Brett Vogle. 2nd – Mike Hubbard. 1st – Brandon White.

Rookie of Year – Bill Driscoll.

Motion and second to give $100 to the family of Sam Brownlee. Motion passed.

There will be a meeting for the classic qualifiers afterward.
