Secretary’s Report:  Motion to accept as posted.  Passed

 

Treasurers Report:  No Treasurer yet

 

Full Moon Open:  57 shirts left from 2004 tournament, we will try to use them next year. 

Yearly profit distribution to stay the same (1/3 CBC weekend tournament bonus, 1/3 Youth/Habitat/Charities, 1/3 FMO Start Up $)

MOTION:  Ben Lind – As long as we have a Full Moon Open, continue the current distribution program for FMO profits.  Seconded: Eric Bergersen.  Passed

 

Terry Wickstrom: Would the club like to pursue him filming one of our tournaments for his show.  Discussion, which tournament or tournaments to use.  No on the FMO because of the lights.  Club would like to pursue.

 

Federation BOD Meeting:  11:00 am, Dec 11, Johnstown, Catholic Church

Issues:  Casting Kids finals dates, Officer Elections

Bill W., Ben L., Frank V. will attend.

 

CBC Tournament Rules Changes: 

Discussion: Pre-fishing before mini and weekend tournaments.  Motion to change pre-fishing at Mini tournaments to:  Pre-Fishing will be allowed till 12:01 am the Morning of mini tournament day.  Weekends will stay the same:  Pre-Fishing at a weekend tournament is not allowed until the Friday of the weekend to be fished.

Discussion:  Horsetooth team tournament.  Motion to have a Horsetooth team tournament separate from our point tournaments.  100.00 fee per boat paid in advance.  Seconded and Passed

 

15” inch verification rule: Motion to leave as is.  Seconded and Passed.

 

2005 Tournament Schedule Ratification:  Jeremy, Motion to change the Box Butte Tournament to a different weekend.  No second and failed.  Motion:  Table the ratification till next Business Meeting.  Seconded and passed.

 

The CBC Shirts are done, please pick them up as soon as you can from the 10th  Street Embroiderer in Loveland.  The shirts are 37.00.

New Business:

Father and Son Fishing Trip:

Doug asked if there was any interest in taking some father and son teams fishing.  There was a suggestion to take the teams to Louie Swifts ponds.  Doug will look into it.

 

Casting Kids:  Bill W. stated there was a possible fishing type event setup April 2nd, in a building some where south of the Ranch.  He will look into it.  Any suggestions for other events contact Craig.

 

Club Holiday Party:  From Bill W.  Thanks to everyone that came, and a special thanks to Frank and Echo V. for letting us use their home.
