Pres. Lind called the meeting to order with 17 members in attendance.

Treasurers Report: Pres. Lind gave an amended treasurers report of $2020.34 in the club's treasury. A motion was made and seconded to accept the amended report-motion carried.

Secretary's Report: The Secretary read the minutes from the Oct. meeting. There was 1 correction. The statement "The Steering Committee will decide the location for the Club Classic" was stricken from the record. A motion was made and seconded to accept the amended report-motion carried.

Tournament Directors Report: The Tournament Director read the tentative tournament schedule to the membership. VP Villa said that Johnstown Res. would not be considered as it is not big enough to accommodate a tournament.

Old Business: Bill Wilson covered the overall scope of sponsoring the FMO. He brought up the suggestions that the Steering Committee had made concerning sponsors, the possibility of awarding a plaque to past sponsors and encouraging all members to actively seek out new sponsors for The FMO. VP Villa has a cover letter he said he will e-mail to members to assist them in this effort.

Casting Kids: Craig McMillin put on an event at Sportsman's Warehouse on 15 Oct. 2005.

2006 Schedule: Pres. Lind suggested that a date for the Club Classic not be decided until after The 4th Qtr. BOD meeting scheduled for 19 Nov. 2005. A motion was made and seconded to table approving the tentative schedule.

4TH Qtr. BOD Meeting: CBC is hosting the meeting at Sportsman's Warehouse on 19 Nov. 2005 at noon. It was discussed getting the resigning director, John Bentz, a going away gift. Some discussion followed. Doug Johns made the motion to get him a $50 gift certificate at a local restaurant. Motion seconded-motion carried. CBC Treasurer to follow up. Bill Wilson and Blake Muhlenbruck will help host the meeting. Pres. Lind, VP Villa, Tim Martinez, Jeff Colwell and Bill Wilson will be in attendance.

The Georgia Bass Federation's challenge to donate money to The Katrina relief fund was discussed. Much discussion followed. Bill Wilson made a motion to donate $100 to The House of Neighborly Services in Loveland and an additional $100 to The Larimer Cnty. Food Bank. Motion seconded and passed. Doug Johns to follow up on the Loveland location.

Website: VP Villa said that the new tentative schedule is posted on the website. The ABA links are there also. Jeff Colwell suggested getting new business cards made up for members. VP Villa will follow up.

2005 Gerry Smith Award nominees: Robert Ross, Bill Wilson, Chris Kido and VP Villa. The winner will be announced at next months meeting.

2005 Trout Award nominees: Robert Ross, Tim Martinez, George McCambridge and Frank Villa.

2006 CBC Officers: Nominations are still being accepted for 2006 positions of Tournament Director, Treasurer, Secretary and Youth Director. No new nominations were made. Nominations closed. The following individuals were elected to the above positions: Tournament Director: Tim Martinez was re-elected, with Chris Kido as his assistant. Treasurer: Bret Vogel was re-elected. Secretary: George McCambridge was re-elected. Youth Director: Mike Hubbard was elected. Pres. Lind appointed Robert Ross as Activities Director.

New Business: Bill Wilson talked about the Grand Opening of The Bass Pro Shop in Denver. Several individuals from the club will be going down on Wed. 9 Nov. 2005. There will be several celebrities there including John Elway and several Bass Pros. Mark Kaufman from Larimer Cty. Open Spaces will be riding down with CBC members. Much discussion followed. CBC members are urged to attend.

2005 Christmas Party: Sat. 10 Dec.2005-Frank and Echo Villa's residence-7PM-???. Members are asked to watch the CBC Website for details.

There being no further business before the club, a motion was made and seconded to adjourn-motion carried-meeting adjourned.

A raffle followed the business meeting.
