IV. Old Business

A. Full Moon Open Tourney Committee Update:

Discussion on Scales, Advertisement flyers handed out.

  

B.  Appropriations of F.M.O. Tourney Proceeds: Discussion on appropriations. 

1. 1/3 for additional 1,2,3 place prizes at CBC  Weekend tournaments. Tournament Director

2. 1/3 for club habitat projects, charities, youth events, etc.  Assigned by President

3. 1/3 in reserves for start-up costs for next year’s tourney.  CBC Treasurer

C.  Casting Kids Sign-Up (Craig McMillin): Feb 7th, 8th at Greeley Boat Show, 10 – 4 Saturday, 10 – 4 Sunday

Sportsmans looking for Casting Kids Event In June or July for Waterfowl Weekend.  Contact Jeff or Billy for dates.

D.  Centennial Jackets: 10th St Embroidery, Ask for Jan,    309 W 10th St.  Loveland, Price $35.00

 

V.  New Business    

      A. Federation B.O.D. Meeting Report (Doug Johns):

        Short Discussion on Powell.

 

Several Items to be voted on during March BOD

1.  Each club needs to bring 5 lakes for the STQT site.  3 lakes will be selected from these and a lake will be voted on at the 3rd quarter BOD

2.  Looking for ideas for funding JBM state team (6 members) to divisional starting in 05 and National Junior Championship, one from each age group.

3.  Do we want an Appreciation Day event, we would invite 12 members from DOW, Water Boards, etc. for ½ day on the water and cookout.

4.  Membership, from 98 to 01 we went from 271 to 341 members; from 01 to July 03 down to 243.

 

 

B. Website improvements, Photo Album (Frank Villa):

Frank asked for money to buy photosite album software ($50.00).   Motion/Passed

Asked all members to have pictures put on a CD or floppy disc when pictures are taken in for development.

Frank will Have the most current roster at March meeting

Check website for updates.

 

C. Club dues for 2004 and boat insurance proof  (Pete): 19 Members for 2004 so far.
